What information we collect from you
In General.  We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or send us via email or give us in any other way. This includes information that can identify you ("personal information"), including your first and last name, telephone number, postal and e-mail addresses.  We may also collect information about your travel plans and preferences, including meal requests and reservation requests.  You can choose not to provide the above information to us.

Information About Others.  You will have the opportunity to provide contact information for other people through our Web site, especially in the case that you have to make reservations that include groups of people. You should obtain the consent of other individuals prior to providing Carpice with their personal information.

Automatic collection of information.  We automatically collect some information about your computer when you visit Caprice.  For example, we may collect session data, including your IP address, Web browser software, and referring Web site. We also may collect information about your online activity, such as content viewed and pages visited. One of our goals in collecting this automatic information is to help us understand the interests of our users and customize your user experience.

Caprice may share your information with our staff for purposes of serving your requests and responding to your queries, to Greek authorities, such as tax authorities for reasons of compliance with Greek legislation and business partners, through whom we may offer our products or services. We share your information with third parties, only when and to the extent that this is needed for the offering of our products and services to you or the compliance with Greek legislation. You can request the deletion of your personal data by contacting us at our email address. We will then send you an e-mail to confirm your request.  However, please note that some of the personal information provided might be kept for reasons of compliance with the Greek legislation or as otherwise requested by the Greek authorities.

We want you to feel confident about using Caprice, and we are committed to protecting the information we collect.
